Over-Molding

MJM Industries offers over-molded assemblies to provide a complete surrounding at the termination point, adding strain relief while assuring the integrity of the connection.
    
We offer a variety of standard D-Sub connector over-molds and mini-dins, all with pre-mold shielding options, as well as available custom logo inserts. Other custom insert molded parts can be quoted at your request.

• Our standard D-Sub offerings include:
   
  9, 15, 25, 37 low density male or female, and 15, 26, 44 and 62 high density male or female, all available with a variety of mounting hardware such as thumb screws and slide latches.

• Other options include:
    
  Shielded pre-molds, special contact plating, and custom logo or part inserts.

• MJM standard over-mold material is:
    
  Black PVC, UL-94V-0 rated. Other material is available upon request.

• MJM manufacturing standards offer:
   
  Short lead times and no minimums for these products. All products are made in the USA.
