Wire Processing

MJM Industries offers an array of process capabilities for any type of discrete wire. Processes include: cutting, stripping, terminating, welding, soldering and splicing.

CAD drawings
    
When a customer drawing is not available, MJM Industries can provide upon request, customized CAD drawings from a sample part or sketch. This drawing can then be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed.   Formats include: .dwg, IGES or DXF.

Testing methods
      
Testing methods include axial pull tests, conforming to UL 486A, UL 310 and manufacturer recommended crimp standards. Additional testing is available upon request.

Packaging
      
Common packaging methods include bulk corrugated containers with bar code labels on the outer surface. Labeling information includes part number, revision level, quantity, description and traceability code. MJM can provide any type of custom lables or bar coding. In addition we are able to custom package into poly and anti-static bags to meet your needs.
